🛠️ How the Process Works
- Send us your client’s travel dates and basic preferences
- We design a draft itinerary for your approval (or direct client review)
- Client secures the booking with full payment — this confirms your dates, your vehicle, and all partner arrangements
- Cancellations 7+ days before the start date receive a 50% refund of the service fee; vehicle and partner costs already committed are non-refundable. Within 7 days of the start date, the fee is non-refundable, as the vehicle, partners and schedule are fully committed on your client’s behalf.
