1. Prize
One full-day Ultimate Chianti Day (~10–12 hours) including transfers, olive-oil tasting, olive grove visit, seasonal olive-harvest participation (Oct–Nov when available), olive-press visit, lunch at the olive farmer’s house, and wine tasting. Prize is non-transferable for cash.

2. Eligibility & winners
The prize is awarded to the person who presents and surrenders the required set of original MyTuscanDays coasters. The promotion is immediate: any person who collects and presents the qualifying originals wins the experience (no raffle). One completed coaster collection = one prize. Multiple independent winners are possible.

3. Proof & accepted items
Only original, physical engraved coasters from different participating partners are accepted. Originals must be handed over at redemption. Photos, screenshots, copies or reproductions do not qualify. If the partner list or required number changes during the campaign, the current requirement will be confirmed via WhatsApp when you contact us.

4. How to claim & booking flow (QR → WhatsApp)
a) Scan the coaster-holder QR — this opens a WhatsApp chat to +39 333 4638251 and triggers an automatic T&C confirmation message with the current required coaster number and next steps.
b) Send your initial WhatsApp message using the template below. You will immediately receive the up-to-date T&C and confirmation of the current required coaster number.
c) If you have collected the required originals, follow WhatsApp booking instructions. To secure a date you must complete the booking at https://www.mytuscandays.com/book-now and pay the €20 non-refundable deposit.
d) Confirm collection: in WhatsApp send “I collected all the coasters” and attach a clear photo of the originals for a pre-check. (Photos are for pre-screening only; originals must still be surrendered on the day.)
e) Hand over originals on the day: bring and physically hand over the original coasters at check-in; redemption is only valid after originals are received by Arpi.

5. Capacity & transport
Standard vehicle capacity: up to 4 people per booked experience. If the winner’s group is larger, the winner must arrange a rented minibus with automatic transmission; Arpi will drive that vehicle provided it meets requirements. Only one private group booking is scheduled per redeemed prize day.

6. Transferability
The prize is transferable: the person who physically presents and surrenders the original coasters redeems the experience (regardless of who originally collected them).

7. Costs not included
Purchases at partner venues (bottles, products, partner fees), optional extras, and personal expenses are the guest’s responsibility.

8. Cancellation & rescheduling
The €20 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another available date on request. If Arpi cannot provide the experience on your chosen date, you may select an alternative date or transfer the prize. If you cancel after confirming a date, the deposit is retained; rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.

9. Fraud prevention
All coasters are machine-engraved and unique. Tampered, copied or suspicious coasters will result in rejection and disqualification. Originals must be surrendered at redemption; failure to provide originals voids the claim. MyTuscanDays reserves the right to refuse suspicious claims.

10. Minors & alcohol
No minimum age to enter; minors cannot participate in alcohol tastings — non-alcoholic options are provided for underage guests.

11. Data & privacy
Participant contact details and booking information are stored locally by MyTuscanDays for redemption and booking purposes only and will not be sold. By messaging via WhatsApp you consent to being contacted for booking and redemption via WhatsApp.

12. Participating partners
The current partner list is published on MyTuscanDays.com. Some partners may require a minimum purchase to receive a coaster — on-site conditions apply.

13. Lost / damaged coasters
Only original, undamaged coasters are accepted. Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated coasters cannot be used for redemption.

14. Changes to the promotion
MyTuscanDays reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion (including required coaster number or partner list). Changes will be communicated via the WhatsApp T&C message and posted on MyTuscanDays.com.

15. Liability
MyTuscanDays and Arpi are not liable for travel to/from venues or for personal injury outside the experience hosts’ control. Standard safety rules apply during farm/press/harvest visits.

16. Acceptance
